We are always looking for new players and currently are in urgent need of additional players in most sections, but in particular Cornet players, so please contact us if you would like more information. We are able to provide instruments on loan (free of charge) to players, so don't worry if you haven't got an instrument. Please feel free to contact us if you would like any further information.
Practices are held every Friday evening at 8 pm in the Parish Room next to the church.
The band is based in the village of Lockerley in Hampshire and its playing members come from a wide area including Romsey, Southampton, Salisbury, Cadnum and Lyndhurst to name a few. Although the band historically had a very successful contesting record, it now concentrates on proving music for local events, shows and concerts in the Hampshire, Wiltshire and New Forest National Park areas.
